This is in regards to my flight booking under Yatra Reference Number ************ & ************.
I have been highly disappointed with yatra services , no one replies and solves my problem , I want my refund anyhow , i have requested *** times to give me my refund , if i contact airline they say contact yatra , if i contact HDFC smart buy they say contact yatra but there has been no response from your end . I am very much depressed because I have not been getting my refund , I had saved for years to go for this trip and at the end flight got cancelled due to Covid and I didn't get a refund, I do not know whom to complain , no one takes any action.
It's been more than six months. I have been asking for a refund and I haven't gotten any response.
