i am airtel kolkata subscriber.my problem is this i have got **** cashback from airtel means ** coupon each **rs.and i have used * coupon but rest ** coupon is not showing on my airtel app.i have emailed airtel customer care.but they are saying that i have changed my handset hence i don't get that coupon but i have not changed my handset.therefore i humbly request you please solve this issue immediately.hope to hear from you soon.regards
