Dear Sir
Subject - Unjustified Power Cuts Making Life Miserable
Hope you are doing well.
I am a customer of DHBVN, Haryana. I am very disappointed and sad to say that, despite being a city, electricity supply during the whole of year remains very low. Currently, electricity is provided for about ** hours out of ** hrs in our area.
We complained many times to the concerned officers ( SE, Xen, JE), but nothing worked. Its like they don't care at all since it is a government job. Nobody can do anything to them. This is the thinking of our bureaucrats.
Our hon'ble PM thinks highly of India but he is not aware of the situation at ground level. Most of the bureaucrats, sorry to say, are completely ignoring their work. They are just getting paid for just increasing their belly fat.
I am, being a student, is in constant need of electricity. But the SE of our area doesn't even bother to pick the calls made by public.
As a general public, where can I go for complain again these officials. The said answer is nowhere. I just don't know how such high brains are completely ignoring their job and still getting paid like a king.
I humbly request you to please look into the matter so that vision of PM modi become true.
