R/ Sir,
Besides making complaints I have not got the cylinder yet (**th Apil) which was booked on *st April.

) After about * days I called distributor when I was told to pick up the cylinder from them (* k.m.) from my house even in the period of lock-down. I lodged a complaint but withing a day I received mail from your office saying 'resolved'.

*) On *th April I got a call from a delivery person telling me to collect the cylinder from ... Chowk (*** meters) I asked him to deliver at home. He refused.
*) Today - **th April * pm. I have not received the cylinder.
