- Hotel not accept our booking Closed

We have done the booking, and we came to check-in on **-sep-**** at **:**, but at the reception hotels staff is not ready to accept the booking.
So kindly Cancel our booking and refund
the amount.
It is kind of fraud, we are facing and hopping strict action against hotel.
