Hello,
Booking has been made by using mobile no - **********,
Sorry to inform you that I'm fed-up with your service because even calling to customer care number no one reply appropriately something put on hold for a long time or disconnect the call,
I already pay the full amount to Oyo, it means that just go and stay right!
No need to pay anything else,
But I wanna let you know that recipient denied the check and I didn't receive an alternative booking or appreciate solution I had two options call to customer service or raised the complaint through Oyo app, I tried both the options, but no luck
So finally after waiting for more than * hours I go and search for another Hotel and pay Rs. **** for one night and ** RS cab charge as well,
This happens two times because having two different bookings I'd for two nights booking
And face lots of problems as well,
I'm claiming that return my whole amount that is ****+****+**+**+** = ****,
It would be great for you if reply as soon as possible

I already write email write this
but they are not replying at all. when I call to customer care, they put the call on hold for a long time after waiting for more than ** minutes call disconnect automatically.
Even I send more than ** emails but not getting the proper response.
