- Honeymoon in vain Open
I booked a honeymoon package for Andaman started on July **th on make my trip
.. the booking price was already too high.. there was a **** rupees difference in the flight ticket price and invoice... My itinerary wasn't covered when I asked the tour manager he was rough like anything.. don't know to hire managers who knows at least a bit of customer service... Even though the itinerary wasn't covered I asked the manager for a alternative plan at least to visit a marine aquarium nearby, he said can't...I asked this coz my check out time was morning ** and flight was by *.**.. I requested the tour manager the hotel manager to stay a bit longer but nobody gave an ear... I complained to your head office after an hour the agent who booked her name s komal yadav came online and she said tour manager will make alternate arrangements.. but afterwards she didn't pick the phone and the managers number is switched off... I asked them to arrange me a cab at least so that I can pay my own money but in vain.. finally they made me and my wife to wait in the lobby for more than two hours till the mmt cb came... This is worst possible customer service on Earth... do you guys know the baseline of customer service at least... I paid u guys ***** for a domestic holiday and in return I got a service worth of *****.. I demand a refund here for missed itinerary.. yaar that was my honey moon you spoiled it like piece of crap..I need immediate action to be taken..
