- Holiday Travel Company cheated me ^Open

We (Myself Mr Mayap Patil and my wife Mrs Juie Patil ) are paid member of GLIHPL have taken the holiday package membership but we have not used our complete package as GLIHPL promised as it has life time validity and some complimentary benefits for fixed year etc.
I am attaching the agreement copy and payment receipt and membership card with this.
Till now I have used only * days holiday for Matheran trip on **th and **th July ****. Also I have received very few gym passes as complimentary benefits.
But Me and my wife in first week of November ****, I have requested for travel planning and holiday booking but there was no any positive response on email, nobody from GLIHPL was receiving phones. So I visited to their * offices in Pune for further follow up but I found all offices in Pune are closed without any notice. I have not received any intimation by post or any other media regarding closing all offices/branches.
After my many phone calls nobody responded from GLIHPL so later I realized I have been cheated and it’s a fraud company. So I am worried
With me there are currently ** members and we have given complaint to Chatushrungi Police station on date **th Nov **** and waiting for FIR registration.
So I am requesting you to please take immediate action on this matter and help me in getting my money back.


We are hopeful that you will definitely take proper action and help us.
The reason for email is to get us fast and regular updates and most of us are staying at different locations/cities and are unable to gather frequently at a time.
P.S. – We all have agreement copies, payment receipts, email communication which if required will be shared to you on your demand.
