I attended club resorto Hospitality ltd promotion plan in Crown Plaza , Mayur vihar, extension on **.**.**** where travel staff narrated attractive offers on holiday plans and we got convinced to take Rs ****** holiday plan. I made a payment of Rs **** through debit card and balance Rs *****
through credit due to available credit limit. After I made a payment , they disclosed their hidden terms & conditions in which they sated that we will need to pay Rs ***** AMC charges annually when we will make any trip which was not at all disclosed in earlier discussion. So I did not make further payment.
They said that in case if we are not interested membership can be withdrawn within a weeks time and entire money will be refunded . So I decided to cancel their plan and filled a cancellation form. In that they have a note to refund the money in ** days after making a deduction of *% Rs **** and agreed to refund Rs *****. Now it has been more than * months. They are not ready to refund my money. I have been continuously following up with them but not succeeded. Every time stereo type reply is being given by customer care representative without allowing us to talk to higher official. Every time fresh date is given for refund . They are making fool of people.
I want my money Rs ***** is to be refunded along with interest for the delayed period along with damages for the mental agony I have been facing through.
