My wife was hospitalize on **rd Nov ****, And My policy was ported from Care Health, At the time of taking policy they said, waiting period is ** month and which is waived off. I was confirmed from their customer care, When she was discharged and I have initiated claim, then they say that waiting period is * years. When I have asked for the document which they have suppose to send on **th April **** they fail to forward the mail and I have asked for voice copy, they denied. I was helpless I have requested several times but still they denied. Finlay I lost my beloved wife on *th March ****. I have requested but still no resolution from the company.
