I purchase A LENOVO headset on I pay the amount in advance AND receive the product on ** of september when I open the product it is in the damage condition I try to contact the customer care most of the time every time they will say we will resolve the issue on the priority basis but the service is really so poor i am dealing with these people till today (* oct ) but i am not able to get any solution for it they are not able to replace the product and when I talk about refund they always say we dont have any such kind of policy i am really fed up with the services
of lenovo please help me to resolve this issue
