I had placed an order for four items by means of prebooking on **th October. I payed an amount of ****/- later on **th of October. The payment was successful and I also have provided the transaction ID and my bank statement. even though i have provided all the proof of the amount being deducted from my account the flipkart customer care is denying that i have made the payment. Please kindly help.
