I subscribed to Hathway internet on March ** ,**** and was promised that I would be given Internet connection in maximum of * days .but there was not even a initiative to give connection.
so I initiated a refund request after fews now it’s been more than a month and my refund is not yet initiated
Whenever I create a service request worst thing that Hathway does is it closes its service request without any proper reason
I have created more than * service request for refund all of them are being closed without proper reason
I just want my money back
