- Harassment calls receiving Open
I have been getting threatening calls day night, even on Sundays through phone calls on different numbers, whats app calls and what not, to pay some ransom bill of yours for Rs. ****. They have been calling to other people related to me, my friends, roommates, relatives and threatening them to arrest them and file a case and asking money. It's they who haven't disconnected my internet connection even after repetitive requests, sending me forged bills and asking me money. One of my poor friends scared out of harassment paid some amount on the website. I live out of India now, while I was leaving Mumbai forever, I decided to close the connection. I requested for disconnection in Nov-**** to cancel it after final billing date **-Dec ****. Till then I already paid the bill. I was said to pay the balance and it will be closed. So I paid more money towards it and thought its closed. Then after a month, I received a bill saying the account is being used, not completely disconnected and I have to pay the amount. I requested and called again and again to close the connection why was it not disconnected. Then I got legal threats by fraud notice and calls from them to submit the device or pay money. The current residents themselves submitted the device. I have always paid all bills, submitted device, respected your emails and calls and they are harassing me. I want an answer to all this menace and confirmation of my account completely deleted from their records forever. Please help.
