- Harassment & fraud by Airtel DTH company Open
*. Airtel set-top box (so-called upgraded) is not getting connected to wi-fi broadband internet wherein from the same location my other gadgets are getting connected ie. Led smart tv, digital camera, laptop, mobiles.
*. The video screen hangs for a few seconds prior to the beginning of all the channels.
*. Voice remote provided with new airtel set-top box does not function with a voice command.
*. The sensor button provided in the upgraded airtel set-top box remote is hypersensitive and also not effective at times.
*. The Airtel customer care floor managers/ supervisors including Mr Sunil Kumar, Mr Soloman, Mr Anil Kumar, Revati, Dilpreet, Manpreet have been contacted for more than ** times since ** Aug **** for resolution of my problems. They have been non-cooperative by putting my calls on hold for nearly an hour and always disconnect the calls with the following reasons/assurances:
A. The issue has been escalated and will be resolved shortly.
B. The field team will contact you shortly for resolution.
C. The issue will be resolved today only.
D. Your broadband wi-fi service is not efficient.
*. Airtel dth company has exploited my money & time as they have not provided the abovesaid features to me.
*. Hoping for a favourable resolution from Voxya.
