Hope you understand my problem and then you resolve my query, which has I faced during these last six months by HDFC bank, customer care team, HDFC Branch and Credit Card, team. Totally harrassed from their services. If you check my detail since last year November to till date, how many times I have called to customer service credit card division to resolve my issue. Every customer care members have contradicted information and branch staffs is not aware to resolve such things.
I have taken the jumbo loan and Insta loan on behalf of my credit card which is ****************. Jumbo loan account no **************** and ****************. I have paid successfully all the EMIs before going to BT. In the month of November ****, I had initiated for the balance transfer for both loan and it was done successfully through ICICI bank.
ICICI Bank had given me DD on behalf of BT and accordingly I have deposited in the Agra Sadar Bazaar Branch on dated **.**.****. After a few days, I went again in the branch to check the status of the cheques. Bankers denied to provide such any pieces of information and said that customer care Baat Kar Lijiye.
Then, I called at the customer care and they have no update, they said that it will take time at least seven workings. Again I call after ** days than they have no updates. They said that please check at the branch where it was deposited. They will tell you exactly. Moreover, after at least after ** days they said that your cheques are defective but we don't have any reason.
Then, I informed to ICICI bank that cheques are defective those you provided, they said how it is possible and they said, kindly revert these cheques than, accordingly we will issue new checks. I went again to HDFC bank and ask to bring back for these cheques, that clearly denied that these are defective cheques, we will not give you at any cost. Afterwards, two three times the same drama. They returned me these cheques on the basis of written application as well as Adhar Card copy. However, I could not get the reason even from the customer care neither from any message, nor any emails or through other communications. Consequently, I had returned the cheques to the ICICI bank and after some time, the bank issued new cheques in January ****.
Same exercise I have done and deposited the cheques in Shastripuram Branch Agra. Check deposited on dated **.**.**** and after deposited the cheques as ******, ******. From next day I started to followups through the bank, customer care team. However, even after ** days, no update found anywhere nor bank neither at customer care.
After something ** to ** days, I called again and found the updates for both cheques and again it was defective. I asked the reason or both first bankers were not aware of the exact reason. I called again and again from different customer care persons and finally, one of the gentlemen said that it is showing payee name differ. He also said that if you want to bring back your check we will return back at your registered address.
Besides, first I changed my address because earlier I was living in Gurgaon Haryana than transferred due to my current job in Agra. After changing the address I requested to phone banker to returned my cheques and received it after * days along with letter exactly what you want. After all these things, the firstly ICICI bank was not ready to give me cheques along with jumbo loan number and credit card number. After taken the approval from their seniors, finally, they had issued the cheques with the Jumbo account number as ****** and on dated **.**.**** deposited at HDFC Bank ****, Gaushala Road, Mathura and taken the slips.
The again same story was started after a few days I have started the status no update found at customer care and nor at the bank. While I asked the banker at the branch after lots of requests. He said that we have no update may be gone for clearing. Again after many calls at customer care, they don't have any updates and I visited at the branch again to get the status. After request a lot, they returned the cheques and they said that- ye wala check aapka township wali branch par clear hoga. When I asked to customer care, they said that you can deposit at any branch and you can put it any dropbox, too. I was confused due to previous cheques was defective. Hence, I handed over to ICICI bank to recheck the cheques. They insured me that check is OK.
Then, again I dropped in the HDFC branch ATM at Shastri Puram Agra on dated **.**.**** and it was cleared on dated **.**.**** and *nd cheque I was deposited on dated **.**.**** and it was also cleared on dated **.**.****.
On the other hand, Rs ***** deducted through an auto debit from my account for Jumbo Insta loan on dated **.**.**** and after * days cheque was clear. Now showing excess amount ***** in the jumbo loan, called four to five times to refund back and every time got the contradicts information.
Finally, I sent the account statement along with the written letter to the Chennai address to reversal the amount on dated **.**.**** and as of now no any update available at customer care. Even I have no money to pay the school fee in my children's school.
During these days many times I have received calls from collection team from different numbers in very rude language. Additional charges put in my Bill's even there is no mistake.
Please check at customer care how many times I have called to resolve the issue but I could not get the right information from the right person and the right time. Kindly send at my email address of all conversations which I have interacted at customer care from November to till date for future reference because I was totally harrassed from your services and support.
Kindly refund my payments and settle the credit card bill otherwise I will file the case in consumer court because me and my whole family harrassed from the bank even I have no money to pay the school fee and to buy the books.
