I have GTPL broadband connection. i have paid * year unlimited ** Mbps plan. but in lock down not a single day it work properly full day. half hour it work great and then after three to four hours it is not working. for complian we have try ** min for customer care then they complain to him. in first lock down two times his engg. comes and solve but problem on another day is same. I WANT REFUND OF MY BROADBAND.
