- GTPL Broadband is down since 6 days Closed
My broadband service is down since **th June Afternoon.
Raised multiple tickets on call. However, tickets are closed without any action.
First Ticket: Raised on **th June. It was closed on **th June without any resolution.
Second Ticket: Raised on **th June. It was closed on **th June without any resolution.
Both the tickets has been raised over the call.
On **th June talked with supervisor as well he confirmed that it will be resolved. Same time talked with GTPL appllete authority as well @ **********.
She confirmed me that issue will be resolved and second ticket will not be closed without resolution.
However, it has been closed without resolution.
Today, I called customer service once again and agent told me that new ticket will be opened.
Do you really think that this is the customer service that customer deserve??
PATHETIC customer service.

Not getting response from them they are just creating new ticket and closing it next day without resolution.
Request you to help me get the refund for the remainder of the service. As due to this i am financially impacted.
