GTPL BROADBAND AHMADABAD - frequent disconnection on GTPL broadband
Since activation I frequently raised complain thru GTPL mobile app and with call center. but every time they raise new complain and then close it without asking to close and without any resolution. i have raised around ** complaints for same issue. The local GTPL ISP unable to resolve permanent solution for that.
some complains which are just closed without any resolution.
I also raise email to GTPL appellate but they also giving only assurance for that not any solution provided by them
