- Groww app is not letting do KYC Stuck with investment Open

My Groww application account is deactivated by application as per rule because I was not using it since last * year. But I have some investment inside application which I want to transfer to other demat account and close this account. To do so I need to do KYC and activate Groww account. I am trying to do so using their online interface since last *.* month but diffrent errors are coming and it did not let me do that. I contacted multiple time to them via phone, email chat but every time they are asking for recording and said issue will resolve soon. but it never resolved. Also irogantly their executives are closing chat by copy paste standard support answer. Please help get me this done. Please contact me on email for more details on er.parthtrivedi@gmail.com
