- Got wrong product Closed
I purchased a product from boAt i.e. boAt Airdopes *** Black Fury, in which it's one side was not working, so I decided to get replacement of same product before warranty time over, after this procedure completed some around after *-* days, someone called me from boAT to tell that we doesn't have your asking product "Airdopes *** Black Fury". It's out of stock so kindly take any other product, So on that "call" I selected the Model i.e. Airdopes *** but instead they send me the inferior product which is Airdopes *** Pro. I called te nearest service centre and their Customer Complaint Care and I didn't get any response
