- Got A Faulty Device Open

I bought a Oneplus * Pro device in august after using the device for a week i realised that my device had multiple problems like camera focus issues, serious heating, sudden freezing of the mobile phone, slow charging while usage and many other problems. After facing these problems for quite some time i filed a repair request through oneplus care and they got my device picked up on **th of august **** and after two days my device reached their authorised service centre after that their service engineer contacted me and i told him about all my problems briefly and showed him the video in that regard and also emailed all the problems separately. And after some time their engineer clearly refused to all the problems that i had complained about and when i asked him how he got my camera focus issues checked he told me that he checked vurtually by comparing it with another oneplus * pro device. Is this a proper way for a renowned brand like oneplus to check their device’s problems and he had same useless solutions to every problems that i had mentioned and refused to make any repair or even properly diagnose the problems in my device i got the top variant i.e **/*** of oneplus * pro is it even possible to have these problems like heating and freezing in just a week of buying and now its been approximately two months since my device is submitted in Oneplus’s authorised service centre and they haven’t even properly diagnosed my problems or contacted me regarding my complaint. They aren’t even replying to my emails. Please help.
