I had purchased crackers at www.kannancrackers.in on **-**-**** via. Order No: *******. On receipt of confirmation from customer care, I made a payment on **-**-**** of Rs.****/- through neft transfer from Indian Bank AC No.********** to Karur Vysya Bank Goundampalayam Branch AC No: ****************. In subsequent weeks, I was informed that order placed was cancelled and the refund has been initiated, the same will be credited to the bank account within four weeks. I reported earlier many times over phone and via.Whatsapp and SOS in this regards and further sent letter under registered post and courier on **.*.**** and **.*.**** to coimbatore and sivakasi address. There has been no communication for refunding the amount as on till date.
