Goibibo and Singapore Airlines
- Goibibo Refund of covidcancelled BLR SFO roundtrip not received Open
I booked BLR<->SIN<->SFO flight for * passengers in Goibibo.com on **-Dec-**** for the following journey dates: Leaving BLR on **-Apr-**** and return journey leaving SFO on **-May-****. Around *nd week of March, I tried to reschedule the onward journey leaving BLR on **-Apr-**** and since Goibibo was not able to do it, aborted the reschedule. In the end of Oct, ****, received an email saying that because of covid, airline had cancelled this ticket and the refund applicable is zero Rupees. I submitted one complaint with Goibibo immediately to process the full refund since this itinerary was cancelled by the Airline due to covid. Every * days, I was receiving email from Goibibo saying that they are still processing my refund request. Around the *rd week of Nov, the emails from Goibibo stopped coming. I submitted another complaint with Goibibo and got an acknowledgement that the complaint was successfully submitted. After that, no response from Goibibo till date (**-Dec-****).
