- Goibibo is not making refund of flight cancellation due to Corona lockdown Closed

I had a booking for ** April **** from Mauritius to Saint Denis Reunion and Saint Denis to Chennai by Air Austral airlines. vide PNR NO. MXPYNW .But both the flight was cancelled by the airlines itself due to Corona/lockdown. I claimed my refund from goibibo on **/**/**** but despite my several reminders and requests, I didn't get any refund, nor any credit shell from goibibo. They are trying to escape from the situation and giving only fake assurance. Moreover they put my refund status as "Resolved" every time and I have to register a fresh claim for my refund. It's all happing for the last one month. Please take necessary initiative to resolve my issue.
