I started with their GTEL broadband services on *st September ****. I had purchased a plan of rs **** /- for * months with speed of ** MBPS unlimited internet. During the trail service of one day, it was working very good but as soon as the payment was competed, their speed started reducing every day and now the internet is not working at all. Please note that the payment was made through paytm ( on **********) as asked by GTEL employee Mr Ashish. Even after continuous complaints , the problem has not been resolved and now there is no response from their end.
