I had received a gift card of ₹**,*** as a wedding gift in January **** which is due to expire in January ****. But with Covid, we both have been stuck in different cities, haven’t been able to search for a flat and furnish it.
I had requested pepperfry to help me by extending its validity by a couple of months, through a nicely worded email asking for consideration. All I got as a return was a copy pasted FAQ section telling me that I can’t do anything but buy now or let it go to waste.
