We have book a ticket from raipur to indore dated ** March PNR no QKUWFT and from Indore to raipur on MH*WKP. As declared by government of India not to travel,not have gathering so our training cancelled We have requested cleartrip to cancel our ticket and process of full refund as it is in case of crisis. Cleartrip cancelled and initiated refund of RS **** only including to and fro. Inspire of several follow up we are getting our hard earned money which was cancelled for a very genuine cause. Government also suspended the flight of ** march. And a corona virus positive was detected on the flight from Indore to raipur on ** march. During this time of crisis, cleartrip should refund the full money .Very bad service and only money making company.Not at all looking the customer problem and customer point of view .
So I once again request of refund of our full money **** which was deducted while cleartrip cancelled normally.
Kindly refund our full money as soon as possible.
