Bought * tickets, each ticket includes three persons (total amount Rs. ***** approx) from Air India for trips from Delhi to Srinagar, Srinagar to Delhi and Delhi to Guwahati on dated **th April, **th April ****, but due to COVID all flights were cancelled. While contacted to the airline office for full refund, they told me that cancellation charge (Rs. **** approx) will apply for each and every passenger. I need full refund.
