I enrolled for Netflix trial subscription which I cancelled within trial period. But The netflix continued charging me for next * months which I didn't notice, as I expected account closure
But when I noticed my bank account statement there is recurring charge every month till June ****> I then called netflix and asked to refund, as I was not using their paid subscription . The Netflix refunded only last * months of subscription but they refused to refund the previous amount, saying my subscription service was compromised and continued by fraudsters online. I am attaching all details
I written to netflix legal team, but to no avail.
