Airtel customer case raised complaint number: **********
Extra charges about **** (**** + *** tax) have been added to my monthly bill for internet plan which I never activated. **th March I got a call from Airtel about my number being a part of an offer (in future in case I get any plan from airtel it will be taxfree), after making sure "there are NO any hidden charges", at least for * times from the airtel caller. Now when I travelled to another country internet plan has been activated by Airtel without notifying me and without any usage of this plan while I was in a remote land these charges of **** have been added to my bill. I want this bill to be updated and share the valid amounted bill. I am ready to pay correct and utilized services bill, but cannot tolerate any such fooling and invalid looting charges.
