I ORDERED A MOBILE PHONE "SAMSUNG NOTE ** ULTRA *G **GB/*** GB" THROUGH ONLINE MERCHANT https://bikayi.com/MobifyStore. INITIALLY THEY ASKED TO GO FOR ONLINE CREDIT CARD EMI TRANSACTION TO PLACE ORDER AND I AGREED THAT ONLINE TRANSACTION TO ACCOUNT MUST BE SAFE. BUT AFTER ORDERING (PAYING RS.*****) IN FEW DAYS WHEN PRODUCT WAS NOT DISPATCHED AND AFTERT MY INSISTANCE ON REFUND HE SAID THAT AMOUNT HAS BEEN REFUNDED TO MY ACCOUNT BY THEM AND NO MORE EMI WILL BE DEDUCTED. AND THEY ASKED ME TO PLACE A FRESH ORDER IN FUTURE. THE AMOUNT REFLECTED IN MY ACCOUNT AFTER MANY DAYS AND I THOUGHT THAT THEY HAVE GENUILY RETURNED THE AMOUNT AND THE COMPANY IS SAFE. THEN AGAIN WITH THE MINDSET THAT THEY ARE GENUINE I ORDERED AGAIN IN JANUARY **** FIRST WEEKM BUT THIS TIME CASH ON DELIVERY. THEY SENT THE PACKAGE AND I ASKED THE COURIER (DELHIVERY) BOY TO LET ME CHECK BEFORE PAYMENT BUT HE DECLINED , AND SOMEWHERE IN THE BACH OF MY MIND I WAS THINKING THAT THEY RETURNED MY MONEY EARLIER SO THEY MUST BE GENUINE SO I PAID RS.*****/- (COD + RS.*** DELIVERY CHARGES) AND ACCEPTED THE PACKAGE. BUT WHEN I OPENED THE PACKAGE IT WAS A FAKE MOBILE PHONE THAT TOO SOME OTHER MODEL FAKE PHONE. I IMMEDIATLY CALLED, BUT THEY DIDNT PICK UP, THEN WHATSAPPED THE COMPANY AND THEY SAID THAT THEY WILL CHECK. IN THE MEANTIME I RAISED THE ISSUE WITH DELHIVERY COURIER SERVICES THAT SUCH A FRAUD HAS HAPPENED AND THEY SHALL HELP ME TO STOP THIS FRAUD AND RETURN MY MONEY AND TAKE BACK THE PACKAGE. BUT THEY DIDNT LISTEN AND HELPED THAT SCAM MASTER IN EARNING FRAUDULANTLY. SINCE THEN THEY ARE NOT REFUNDING THE MONEY NOR PHONE IS RESPONDING. NOW TODAY I WAS SCHOKED TO FIND OUT THAT MY CARD STATEMENT HAS CHARGED THE FIRST INSTALLMENT OF MY PREVIOUS PAID AMOUNT OF RS *****/-, AND THEY HAVE ACTUALLY NOT REFUNDED ANYTHING PREVIOUSLY BUT RATHER IT WAS SOME TECHNICAL UNDERSTANDING THT THEY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF. SO NOW I HAVE LOST TOTAL AMOUNT OF RS *****/-.
