At first, Riya Sharma called and said about the shop9hub.com that it's a company promotion and if you buy a product worth > 499/- you will have a gift worth > 60,000 ( Dell laptop, iPhone 7 and some electronic device ). From the website, I have bought a 799 /- Bluetooth speakers & selected iphone7 as my gift option. They initiated all transactions via jdpay. Asked me to pay GST amount of 6952/- and paid that via a jdpay portal they send to my mail ID.
Day2: They called and said I need to pay the insurance amount of 9999/- which helps prevent from theft or physical damage etc. I paid that in 2 transactions. Their mobile was switched off for the entire day and after Day 2.
Day4. They said that the package is cancelled due to technical errors and will revert back the amount and said you need to pay 6000 ( per release ID) as a release ID amount for claiming back the entire amount of 54000/-. I have asked to send me your Aadhar card, she got the angry and forwarded call to Aditya. I have asked the same to him. He also declined by saying if you haven't received any amount within 2 hours, then call my personal number and ask me. I said to him your mobile will be switched off after one hour then how can I trust you? He said just call my personal number sir. Please trust me. Then after an hour, I called them, but mobile was switched off.
As I feared it came out to be a fraudulent online shopping transaction by jdpay.com and shop9hub.com. Could you please help me in reverting back my amount of 22,000.
