i purchase "hp *.*ghz wireless optical mobile mouse" on *st march **** for Rs ***. after two months it stopped working so i asked for bill for servicing purpose many time but they dint provided me the same.after that i purchased new mouse from local market and leave the issue. but when in **** my friend checked warranty of hp mouse on online hp portal i was shocked to know that its warranty was ended on february **** and amazon sold me the item in ****. when i talked to customer care on ** may **** they asked for six days and said that my problem will be solved and informed to me by mail so i gave six days. After six days no mail and no reply so i talked with amazon customer care for two hours but it was all wasting of time. my trust on amazon is shattered. of course money is the matter but this kind of practice is not acceptable.
