- Fraud of rs. 25100 with sbi atm debit card. Open
my name is chittaranjan mandal and i am a resident of delhi. i am using sbi atm card and i have account in sbi branch sec-** rohini since the year ****.
i want to bring to your notice the complaint regarding the fraud of rs. ***** which took place with self on **th nov **** when the amount of rs ***** was withdrawn from the sbi atm saraswati vihar despite the atm card being with me all the time. this transaction was not authorized by me. i have been always careful and vigilant using sbi atm card. i certify that i have not used the card for online shopping. i didn't provide any otp to unknown person on call. (i have known about some cases where the amount was debited from card by providing otp to unknown persons)
on **th nov , i received the sms that an amount of ***** was debited from my account. that is when i came to know about the fraud.
i filed the complaint with s.h.o of police station rani bagh, delhi on **nd nov **** & filed the sop form with sbi branch sec-** rohini on ** nov **** with sbi bank, branch manager.
since then, it has been more than * months, this matter is yet to be resolved. many times i went to police station rani bagh and sbi branch sec-**, rohini to meet the branch manager regarding the resolution of this issue. i complained to nodal officer of sbi as well on **th march ****, however since then i have not received any reply from them also. (please find enclosed a copy of my complaint to nodal officer). i also complained to consumer court. for reference purpose i am mentioning that the reference no. of my complaint in consumer court is ******. i have not yet lost the hope, that is why i decided to bring this case to your notice.
i request your kind intervention in the resolution of this matter as soon as possible.
i have enclosed with this mail the pdf of all the relevant documents regarding my case. hoping for the earliest resolution of this issue.
