Please note that my client enrolled for the CISA course by paying Rs.**,***/- for **hrs and opting for a weekend batch. This happened after he raised an initial enquiry over chat on acte.in and thereafter post several calls from ACTE and discussions, the full payment was done giving an assurance that all the training material would be shared as well as feedback about the trainer quality and attendance would also be documented. Initially I was promised that an experienced professional trainer would be assigned but in my first class that commenced on **th June, I got to know that it wasn’t the case. Post that I had several calls done to ACTE training co-ordinator, support desk, etc but nothing worked. No one responded neither the trainer was changed. Later on **th June the trainer informed me that they have not been responding to his calls and emails as well and did not feel confident that the contract would work, and he would get paid for the same. Since he was not given any initial amount, he was hesitant to go ahead with the training and now my training has been discontinued. Now no one has been entertaining my calls nor giving a proper update about my training and they sound rude and unprofessional.
