I have paid **** + GST for a * month plan(***Mbps) . I am facing no internet issue from long time and I have filed * complaints in the company portal ,they have closed the complaints without resolving and they did not even bother to call me to address the issue. This is the worst Internet service provider. In this pandemic situation WFH is new normal and we need internet for this. This company is making money but not giving any thing not even a bit of what we paid for. Customer care never works never replies.
This impacts my career ,this impacts my mental health. I told them how important this to me . They never listen. Even now I am using mobile data to file this complaint.
I strongly recommend no to choose this broadband.

Hopeless internet service with frequent connectivity issues and technical team doesn't resolve the open issues despite raising multiple incidents. I don't recommend this broadband service at all if you want to keep your job....
