I got a message that I am a lucky customer. In this region there are three gift company which are giving me for their promotion * apple laptop, * sony led tv, * iPhone. They said first, I have to buy a product minimum of *** rupees. This communication was done by Divyanka Singh from brightindia.com and told me to pay through a payumoney. They send me a link. I said I do not want to pay by the different website as I never use. She said its government site don't worry and my product will be delivered in *-* days. Then I callback after * days because in my tracking id it was showing pending. The phone was switched off. I tried many times after * days from my dad no. Then a call came regarding my product that if I want that laptop then I have to pay *% of that i.e. GST. They send me a link of ****. I asked that this was free of cost then they said the money u pay it will return back. I asked him that I was trying to call Divyanka but the phone was switched off. Then he said that she was sick and on leave. He is trying to contact me but nobody was speaking on the phone. Then I pay the money through the payumoney link and he said that I will get in * days. After * days I ask him then he told me an incident that a customer was gifted but the courier boy has done some mischief and the gift was not there something else was received. If you want a safe delivery you have to do insurance. I asked him why should I take insurance. He said don't worry it will be valid only for * days for your gift safety after the gift delivered to you the money will be given you back. I said that I am not happy with your message it was incomplete not fully detailed about the product. He said I will give you in detail message and send me a link of payumoney and I said that I have no money so I will not pay the money give back the **** rupees that I gave you. He said that I can't give, it will deliver you after the delivery. So there is no choice I have to pay after that he send me an ID that I asked him to send me. I said that I want my trackING ID so give me a Speed Post ID then I try them and it shows invalid. Then I called the customer care of speed post. She told me that my product was not registered yet. So I call again at bright India they told me that the courier boy damaged my laptop so I will get another laptop by the company in next ** days or I can take the cash that is ***** rupees into instalment. I said OK then he said that first I have to pay **** rupees. I got angry and said it was your fault why should I pay. I said I want my insurance paper so that I can claim to get the money I have given you **,*** rupees already and you are asking me for **** again. I don't have much money and I can't give you then suddenly I Google it and saw that their company is a fraud. Please help me to get my money back.
