Paytm through Debit card

The fraud happened on my mother's paytm wallet. Date **/**/**** at **am

The fraud happened through paytm while upgrading kyc online stating that if kyc is not done within ** hours then paytm account Will be blocked. Initially only Rupees ** was asked to transfer for verification but then within * mins a total of Rupees **,*** was debited.
I have already blocked my ATM card and I have lodged a complaint on paytm helpline number too. Please look into the matter as I have not shared my pin or my CVV or my bank details., I suppose the hack was done through the app 'quicksupport' which I hv now deleted.
Please look into the matter.
