Hello Voxya Team,

I want to complaint against Daikin AC service because his technician was cheated me on **th April ****.
Due to some problem in AC, it was not working properly so I called to Daikin customer service(**** *** ****) to register complain to repair my AC.
He came and told me to replace outdoor unit circuit because it was short and not repairable. so he took original PCB(outdoor unit circuit) and
said he tried to repair and if he will have not able to repair then he will bring with new PCB.He was came with new PCB and replace with old one
but still AC was not working.He told me Gas refilling require after that it will work and I paid **,*** for new PCB.
When I was asked about old PCB and GST bill. But he was not come with that and said I will give both thing ASAP. But he is not come till now.

And I was asking to service center of Amazing cooling(it is franchise of Daikin customer service), they told me that technician is not belong to Amazing cooling.
So I think that it is not possible. If Technician is not belong to Amazing cooling then how it is possible of my complain information received by
this technician and Technician told me that this PCB is belong to Daikin but He bought from local vendor in cheap rate
and took my old PCB and sell in market. And He charged the company PCB rate.
When I asked to Amazing cooling so they told me that there was no entry new PCB in his system as well as Technician is not belong to his service center, he
is not in our system.
And When I called to Technician for GST bill and old PCB, He asked for money for old PCB(Rs.****) and he will provide GST bill but still he will not come
with GST bill becasue he bought by local old PCB by local vendor.

So After that I escalated this complain to upper level to Vadodara Area manager of Daikin but he streched this issue for * week and not provide satisfactory resoltion.
Finally he told that he is not our system.When I asked to reapir my AC wihtout any charge because I already paid but he will not ready for that.he want
to chragable this things and I was asking about refund they are not ready to refund my money.

After I was went to Ahmedabad head office of Daikin, he invastigated issue but they are not told anything about investigation.They finally told that
same answer he is not in our system and told me that he tried to contact this technician to refund money from technician but he was not ready to refund,
Head office told me that you can police case on technician.

So it is not my concern to police case on technician because I raised compain in Daikin service authority so it is company resposibility to refund my money.
When same thing raise to Daikin escalation matrix Authrority, they are not proving any answer and tried to avoid my phone call.

Due to this hall sitution my family are mentally disturb due to this fraud happen so I want compensation as well.

I hope that you will help me to refund my money and compensation as well.
