We got our product on * nov **** and our class is started on ** nov **** they told that when your class will start from that time you have ** days to cancel later on they denied and saying it's impossible to do etc from starting dec we were regular in contact with them that tell you got the call from senior manager from byjus after mailling lot and calling them we got the call from senior manager * Jan **** and he said your refund will be done just pay security amount of our product that is **** and by * pm you got your refund but we didn't got any refund and they have taken more security amount from us .
Than again Today i got the call from another senior manager she says we didn't called you that transaction is not come in byjus that was not us the denied .
The byjus not have security and privacy because they leek the customer details to another one so they can troll us do fraud with customer .
It's our request to help us to get rid out of this.
