- Fraud charges for broadband and no service given Closed
I have been cheated by Connect broadband and billdesk company; I made the payment for the connect broadband no. ********** on ** AUG ****, at **:** AM, through the connect broadband app via UPI(google). But both companies are denying any payment made. And I have not received any refund, neither did I get the service of the Internet. On top of it, Connect Broadband disconnected my internet at all, which is hampering my work and I am losing money because of it.
Connect Broadband along with billdesk have made a fraud against me. Please help me with this matter.
