Hi Sir/Ma'am My Name Is Ritesh Shukla And I Am A Resident Of Delhi. My Registered Mobile Number With OYO Hotels Is ***** ***** And Booking Id : H*QF**** I Made A Booking For OYO Hotel Named "Collection * ***** Hotel Deluxe Inn" In Agra, Uttar Pradesh, For Today **th June, ****, As I Had Exam Centre There In Agra, Everything Was Fine, I Booked A Room On The *th June, Also Talked To Manager Yesterday To Ask If It Is Confirmed They Assured Me It's Confirmed. But Today When I Checked The Status And Talked With Hotel Management, They Are Telling Me That My Booking Has Been Transferred To Another OYO Hotel Without My Consent And It Is **KM Away From Where I Actually Booked The Room. Manager Gave Me Another Hotel's Number That Was Incorrect So I Googled The Number And Called Them Then They Said There Is No Such Booking Like That... What The Hell Is Going On? Do I Only Have This To Do, I Have Exams Tomorrow And Is This The Thing I Deserve After Paying For The Hotel And Booking It * Days Before The Date.... Manager Is Not Picking My Call Properly Not Responding Properly What Am I Supposed To Do Now? They Are Doing Unfair Trade Practices And Harrassing Their Customers By Cancelling These Fair Tickets And Selling Them At Higher Prices To Students Who Came To Attend Their Examination. It's Completely Fraud, Where Am I Supposed To Go, I Booked Hotel One Day Before So I Can Go And Study Little Bit Tension Free In Hotel And Get Ready For Exams Tomorrow, But What They Have Done Have Left Me Helpless, This Is Seriously Stressful For Me Before One Day Of Exam And Affecting My Mental Stability. I Request The Authority To Help Me For The Same And I Don't Have Much Time For It. I Wrote This Complaint In Evening And Now That I Reached To The Hotel Location Provided By Oyo Application I Found There Is No Hotel At All, What The Fuck!!!! I Reached At Night Thought To Have Scheme Rest To Be Prepared For The Exams But Now After All This I Feel Like My Whole Hardwork Went In Vain And My Mind Doesn't Feel Ready For The Exam, I Am Completely Out Of My Mind, Where Am I Supposed To Go At This Time?? I Will Have To Spend My Night On The Road While Having Exams Tomorrow, And This Is Not Happening With Me Only There Are So Many Other Students Also That Booked The Same Hotel... I Am Not Mentally Stable, I Need Compensation And Need A Strict Action Against All This So This Wouldn't Get Repeated With Anybody.... My Time, My Energy, My Mental Health All They Have Screwed Up Like Anything, I Need Compensation From Oyo Hotel..
I Have Also Paid For The Auto To Reach The Hotel Location Provided By OYO Application That Also A Waste Of Money For Me, I Had To Spend Whole Night On The Road, Who Would Take Responsibility For All This, What If I Had Met Some Wrong Guys At Night....
