We have fraudulently signed / bought Package Purchase Agreement No. FPIS******** for * Adults and * Kids worth Rs. **,***/- (Rupees Sixty One Thousand) on **th November, **** from M/s. FERNWAYPARK INN AND SUITES PVT. LTD. (CIN No. U*****DL****PTC******) Address: F-****, *rd Floor, B-**, NDSE Part - *, Kotla Mubarakpur, New Delhi - ******.

The company belongs to Hotels, Resorts & Tour Travelling. In this agreement they are bound to provide every time booking in the Studio Room (One Bedroom). I paid Maintenance Charges on **th May, **** Rs. *,***/- to their HDFC Bank Account No. ************** (Current Account) Address A*, NDSE, South Ext Part - *, New Delhi - ******.

This Package Purchase Agreement is for * Years Gold Studio i.e. * Nights & * Days every year in India & Asia. (Copy of Agreement Attached)

Till now I have availed only * night stay in "The Muse Sarovar Portico, Kapashera, New Delhi on **th May, ****. (Email of Copy Attached)

I wrote them a booking for **th December, **** for * night in gurugram hotel, they replied non availability of rooms. (Email of Copy Attached)

Again I wrote them a booking for **th & **th March, **** for * nights in Neemrana Fort Palace, they replied that there is no availability of rooms. (Email of Copy Attached)

I have requested them on **th May, **** to book * Night stay for **th June, **** in the following three hotels:
*) FOUR POINTS BY SHERATON NEW DELHI, AIRPORT HIGHWAY
*) NOVOTEL NEW DELHI AEROCITY
*) DOUBLETREE BY HILTON GURUGRAM BAANI SQUARE

NOTE:- THIS TIME I AM WRITING THIS EMAIL FOR ALMOST * MONTH PRIOR, SO I DO NOT EXPECT THAT ALL PROPERTY IS FULL.

On **th May, **** they simply wrote about the non availability of rooms in the above * hotels. (Email of Copy Attached). Every time they are showing denial of information regarding booking.

On **th June, **** I wrote an Email to M/S. FERNWAYPARK INN AND SUITES PVT. LTD. & their Directors and requested them to sort this problem once for all.
We clearly wrote " It is for the final and the last time you are requested to kindly book my booking failing which in the case if this time also I received denial information I will be filing my Consumer Complaint, Civil Case, Criminal Case against you and your Company namely M/s. Fernway Park Inn and Suites Private Limited and against your present directors namely Mr. Pradeep Rajbhar & Mr. Deepak Chauhan".

Mark my words it would be at your own cost and you would be liable to bear the consequences in this regard.

Same day in the evening they replied " we are sending your issue to high authority and you will get a reply within * working days".

Till now NO information / Reply / Message received from them.

Being a Consumer I have been harassed by M/s. Fernway Park Inn and Suites Private Limited both Mentally and Monetarily. Mark my words it would be at your own cost and you would be liable to bear the consequences in this regard.

I met ** more families who are suffering from the same problem.They are extorting our hard earned money and enhancing their Company Bank Balance.

Kindly refund my amount Rs. **,***/- + Rs. *,***/- (Total Rs. **,***) at the earliest.

I requested them to all the Higher Authorities to look into the matter and take appropriate action against them. I requested the Registrar of Companies (ROC Delhi) to take strict action against the Company and their Directors and obliged me.
