I took a cab on **st feb ****, from gurgaon to delhi, i payed the money in cash as usual, but that driver generated the bill in ola post paid ,without my concern, when i started receiving the calls and sms for recovery ,i explained them every thing ,i marked several mails as well ,but not got any satisfactory answer from their end, now i am getting ** sms and calls daily for recovery, i am mentally harassed now ,my cibil score is also getting hampered due to this, feeling helpless what should i do.
