I have downloaded this APP seeing the offer that there is *% Cashback on all Transactions.
I had to activate a subscription which is free for first month and then chargeable from *nd month on-wards.
This month I could not do any bill payments and recharges using Dhani app so, have not received any cashback. From next month onwards I will be charged ***/- as I am finding it difficult to end the subscription.
Dhani App says we can cancel the subscription using APP but I could not locate any such option to do so.
Now I am seeing lots and lots of negative review about this app.
Request you to please guide me on what I should do avoid any kind of charges from them.
