- Fraud and cheating by visasandpermits s owner Stacy Fletcher ^Open

Visasandpermits.com is run by Stacy Fletcher who is UK citizen. V&P was providing immigration services to get PR for different countries. I was refereed this consultancy by one of my friend whose Australia PR was successfully done by it. I signed legal contract with V&P in mid Jan for Australia PR. Though her staff was not so professional in giving services and aggressive enough in reminding for installment payment, I paid two installment around **K in the month of jan and Feb respectively. I was assigned case manager who was guiding me to work on documentation part. Till the end of Feb it was ok ok not so good however, from starting of march **** I was told that my case manager was on medical leave. In her absence there was no one to taje care of my queries. I mailed them on given mail ids and called on their Bangalore office nos but no response. It was going on like this and then Lockdown came. Till April end I was clueless that why am I not getting response from their team since everybody was working from home with remote access. There may be a delay in response but no response at all and all office phone nos were out of service.
Entire May was gone in probing that why these people are not responding on mails and phones. Then at the end of May, I got to know from public reviews on trustpilot.com that Stacy fled from India i n the month of Feb itself and now she has closed down company by not giving it's staff salaries.
We, her clients were kept in dark and not informed about closure of Visasandpermits. It's when we all started writing reviews on trustpilot.com about her fraud then she started contacting reviewers via mail about our queries in June starting.
Now day before yesterday, she dropped mail to her existing clients via one of her employee named Sagar Maguluru that due to Covid** pandemic V&P is badly hit and can't operate any more so they are shutting down operations and filing for Insolvency in Bagalore court. June **th **** will be it's final day of operation.

This is purely a case of Fraud and cheating. My case application wasn't started yet and she fled with my hard earned money. I want full refund of my money from Stacy Fletcher's visasandpermits.
