- Fraud Service not provided in AMC Open
I have registered for service on **th august ****. I received a message saying that Subhash babu will visit after * pm. However, he did not visit. I called the zonal agency owner in Aligarh, Mr Manmohan, but he did not pick my phone. I feel that I have wasted ****/- by paying for two years AMC. Why does eureka Forbes even has AMC option when you do not have proper service centres and also I feel that Eureka Forbes does not have any control over the local dealers and service providers.
I have already filed a grievance in consumer forum, however, the company is fraud enough to give any solutions even after ** days of grievance submission.
A similar thing happened to me after purchasing the AMC in November ****, for which I filed a complaint in Feb ****. Now I feel that this company should be banned from selling anything in the Indian Markets.
