I have paid ****** as a token advance to Chatar Patar as a franchise fee on **-Jun-**. During that time itself, It has been discussed and confirmed that, paid amount is totally refundable if I'm not interested to continue the service. Later, due to a personal emergency I could not continue the franchise option. Hence I have requested to refund the franchise fee on **-Feb-**. However, I have not received my franchise fee so far. Since then, concerned team is not responding to my calls or mails.
