I have been calling videocon d*h for the past * days trying to get my TV to work. Every time I could get them to connect. They said their system isn't working call after ** mins. Even * months back I had faced a similar issue where they asked me to callback without any due regard to how much wait time there is to call back. This time the customer representative was not only disrespectful but also he cut our call. We pay for this service and we deserve better. I would definitely sue them but they aren't worth the time and energy. So as soon as my plan runs out I will change my provider. Also, most of all guess what I missed because of them? The India vs Pakistan world cup match.
